Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive oversight and management of all testing activities for the MOVERS ERP program.
- Coordinate testing efforts with State stakeholders, Project Managers, vendors, and implementation teams.
- Develop and execute enterprise testing strategies across all project workstreams.
- Oversee testing planning, execution, defect management, issue resolution, and reporting.
- Ensure testing activities align with project schedules, quality standards, and implementation milestones.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, and End-to-End testing efforts.
- Track testing progress, risks, issues, and overall testing readiness.
- Communicate testing status to project leadership and executive stakeholders.
Experience
- 7 years of experience leading enterprise ERP testing phases.
- 7 years of experience working on large information system enhancement or replacement projects, or ERP implementations.
- Knowledge of complex ERP systems supporting Financial Management and/or Human Resources and Payroll.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud is highly desirable.
