What you will do
  • Develop test strategies, test plans, and test execution approaches.
  • Design and execute manual and automated tests across functional, integration, and regression testing.
  • Build and maintain automation frameworks and regression suites.
  • Manage defects, test reporting, and release readiness.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders in Agile delivery environments.

What you bring to the role
  • 5+ years of Quality Engineering / Software Testing experience.
  • Strong experience in Banking, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets (nice to have)
  • Hands-on experience with Manual Testing and Test Automation (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress or similar).
  • Experience testing and delivering large scale programs and enterprise applications
  • Experience in Test Planning, Integration Testing, Defect Management, and Stakeholder Management.
  • Strong client-facing consulting and communication skills.
  • ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Certification (preferred).
  • Experience with Agile delivery, API testing, CI/CD, Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Exposure to enterprise transformation programs, including digital, cloud, or core banking initiatives

KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information

The expected base salary range for this position is $72,000 to $100,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications.
