Job description

Work Flexibility: Onsite
Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday
What you will do -
  • Conduct and document mechanical testing per SOPs, work instructions, and product specifications
  • Verify product quality, functionality, performance, and compliance with standards
  • Review and process test requests and test reports from internal and external customers
  • Assist with the design, build, integration, validation, and maintenance of test systems
  • Build test fixtures and execute component and system-level testing
  • Maintain accurate test records using appropriate software and documentation tools
  • Monitor laboratory equipment performance and ensure equipment readiness and compliance
  • Analyze lab performance metrics and recommend process improvements
  • Evaluate and support procurement of test equipment and laboratory software
  • Provide technical guidance and support to Test Lab Technicians and other team members
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform additional duties as needed

What you need -
Required
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2+ years of work experience
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred
  • Associate Degree or Technical Certificate in related field.
  • Mechanical experience or experience in a related technical field
