Job description

* 10 to 15 years of experience in program/product management with excellent technical skills. FW/SW QA knowledge: * Continuous Integration * Automated testing Embedded: * Knowledge of C/C++ for embedded systems * Knowledge of embedded systems * Knowledge of working with HW. * Responsible for managing a team comprising of QA & dev engineers. * Interface to Infrastructure and development teams * Setup racks and organization in the lab * Arrange to bring new Infrastructure labs online * "Boots on the ground" for Cognizant team * Build the execution plans * Align to cycle schedules * Feedback impediments, risks, and status * Deliver the output of the Cognizant managed Test team * Build, maintain and communicate weekly & Monthly statistics / Metrics * Understand customer requirements and convert them into user stories and estimates. * Work with the product managers and end users to define & document product and feature functionality and requirements. * Work closely with multiple internal teams to create, maintain and evolve test plans and automation to drive testing. * Actively participate in issue triage / troubleshooting and clearly document processes used. * Ensure effective communications with peers and management. * Strong background in designing or extending existing test frameworks. * Excellent Debugging skills & experience troubleshooting.
