Single Hand Fab Shop Welders (Permanent Position, No Per Diem)
Location: Henderson, TX
Type: Full time
General Information/Job Summary/Responsibilities
  • Must be able to pass an all GTAW (TIG) test AND one of the following:
  • Must be able to pass GMAW - (MIG - Open Root) with FCAW - (Flux Core- Fill/Cap) OR
  • Must be able to pass GMAW - (MIG- Open Root) with GMAW- (MIG Pulse- Fill/Cap)
  • Tests are given on a 2" Monster Coupon in the 6G position
  • Currently 50-hour work weeks

Qualifications
  • Four (4) years of experience in Industrial Construction pertaining to job responsibilities listed.
  • Must be successful with weld test procedures.

Safety Requirements
  • On a continual basis, it promotes an awareness of environmental, health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment and ensures compliance with all accompany policies.
  • Ability to pass drug test as mandated by the Saulsbury Industries and Department of Transportation anti-drug program.
  • Must attend and successfully complete Saulsbury Industries safety training education.
  • Attend safety meetings and specialty training as directed by management.
  • Attend various training classes as may be assigned by management.
  • Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Ability to take needed safety precautions in performing the work.
  • Knowledge of basic rigging safety practices.
