Job description

Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Test Automation Engineer with strong experience in Playwright to join our Quality Engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and test suites that ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web applications and digital products.
You will work closely with software engineers, product managers, business analysts, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality releases in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks using Playwright.
  • Create and execute automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end test cases.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reporting on quality metrics.
  • Develop reusable testing utilities and frameworks to improve automation coverage and efficiency.
  • Support API testing and backend validation activities.
  • Contribute to test strategy, test planning, and quality best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of software testing and automation experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Playwright.
