We are growing at Kia of Alpharetta and we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Kia Service Advisor at our reputable automotive dealership. If you have excellent skills, along with a friendly demeanor and strong organizational abilities, we want to hear from you!ย 


This is a full time 5-day work week schedule with rotating Saturdays. Kia of Alpharetta offers competitive pay!

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Greet customers and listen to their description of the problems or service needed for their vehicles
  • Determine the type of service required and prepare repair orders
  • Coordinate with auto mechanics and schedule mechanical work orders
  • Estimate costs, verify insurance, and write repair reports
  • Conduct inspections and test drive cars
  • Educate customers on preventative maintenance and recommend additional repairs if needed
  • Maintain customer records and make follow-up contact
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Prior experience working as an automotive service advisor
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
  • Comfortable with using computer software and systems
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass a background and drug screen
