The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a self-motivated Test Engineer to support the fast-paced counter-uncrewed aircraft systems (C-UxS) mission within its Electronic Warfare sector in Sterling, VA. We leverage open-architecture software and expertise in the electromagnetic spectrum to enable quick, informed decision-making. Responsibilities:
As a Test Engineer, you will be a part of the Systems Engineering team responsible for design, development, deployment and operations lifecycle. You will apply your hardware and software testing expertise against prototype and production artifacts ensuring requirements are successfully accomplished. You will be responsible for developing test procedures that verify requirements are satisfied for both software and hardware, testing against prototype and production artifacts, and leading customer test events.
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelors Degree and 3+ years of relevant experience or 5+ years in lieu of degree
  • US Citizenship
  • Experience designing and executing test plans and procedures
  • Experience using Atlassian JIRA/Confluence work management tools to capture, prioritize, and track bugs and feature enhancement requests in an Agile workflow paradigm within two-week sprints managed via daily scrums
  • Experience with managing and documenting system configurations (cable and assembly documentation)
  • Understanding of software containers, such as docker, and ability to analyze API and event logs via Linux environment tools to debug test results
  • Familiarity with radio frequency (RF) systems and test equipment (spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal generator, multimeter etc.)
  • Experience with computer networking infrastructure products such as servers, switches, firewalls, and routers
  • Must know the basic commands and navigation of the Linux operating system
  • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Suite, and SharePoint
  • Able to obtain TS/SCI security clearance
