Our business is growing and we are looking for a Master Technician.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards
  • Removal, installation, and servicing of components
  • Assist in proper maintenance of shop and equipment
  • Continued personal update training, maintaining ASE certifications
  • Perform quality inspections of vehicle repairs prior to returning the vehicle to the customer
  • Report any items that are out of stock to the Center Manager
  • Capable of assuming responsibility and training general technicians
  • Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and repair in a timely manner
  • Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Maintain a safe environment while keeping the customer's vehicle clean
Skills and Requirements
  • Knowledge of electrical diagnostics
  • Knowledge of testing sensors
  • Ability to use a scanner
  • Have a set of quality tools
  • Experience on domestic and import vehicles (both early and late models)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Master Technician preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent follow-up & organization skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Keep a clean work area
