Stellantis N.V. is seeking a Senior Supplier Risk Program Manager to work in our Supplier Risk Management area at our Headquarters and Technical Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
This role serves as a key resource for Supplier Risk Management case managers and purchasing organizations by providing guidance, training, risk assessment support, and oversight of supplier risk mitigation activities.
The position plays a critical role in supporting sourcing decisions, supplier risk evaluations, deviation management, and geopolitical risk discussions to help ensure business continuity and supply chain stability.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Support Supplier Risk Management case managers in the coordination, review, and execution of supplier risk mitigation activities and case management processes
  • Serve as the SRM stakeholder for North America sourcing activities related to GST, ensuring supplier risks are identified, assessed, and escalated appropriately
  • Review and manage supplier deviation requests while ensuring alignment with organizational risk management standards and expectations
  • Coach and mentor purchasing teams on supplier risk identification, mitigation planning, and overall SRM processes and requirements
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to case managers regarding supplier risk mitigation strategies and action plans
  • Participate in and support geopolitical risk discussions by evaluating potential impacts on suppliers, sourcing activities, and operational continuity
  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver Supplier Risk Management training sessions and educational materials for purchasing organizations and cross-functional teams
  • Support organizational awareness and understanding of supplier risk management principles, tools, and processes
  • Partner with purchasing, finance, operations, and leadership teams to support proactive supplier risk management initiatives
  • Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities to enhance SRM effectiveness, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Act as a key knowledge resource and support partner for complex supplier risk situations and strategic risk management initiatives
  • Maintain effective working relationships across multiple levels of the organization while supporting business objectives and operational priorities

  • Self-motivated and self-directed, Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Manage well under pressure and a strong ability to work within a team
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels of management
  • Exceptional computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to master Stellantis' proprietary applications
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities with tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant Strategic Sourcing Experience
  • Risk mitigation experience
  • Experience with SAP, GST
  • Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) automotive or manufacturing experience
