The Role
We are hiring a Service Advisor / Manager who can perform at a high level in a structured, fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Converting inbound calls into booked appointments (no price quoting)
- Managing workflow and dispatch
- Overseeing parts ordering, returns, and organization
- Supporting front-of-house operations and team coverage as needed
This role requires someone who is organized, decisive, and performance-focused.

- 5+ years of Service Advisor experience
