Robotic/Automation Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift)
Our client is seeking a Robotic/Automation Maintenance Technician to support a highly automated precision manufacturing operation serving industries including medical, automotive, telecommunications, transportation, and more. What You'll Do
  • Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
  • Troubleshoot and repair automated manufacturing equipment
  • Learn to troubleshoot PLCs, sensors, and robotic systems
  • Install, program, and repair robot controllers, conveyors, and end-of-arm tooling
  • Read blueprints, machine manuals, and technical documentation
  • Replace motors, controllers, encoders, sensors, circuit boards, and other components
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and parts inventory
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance situations as needed

Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing maintenance experience
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
  • Ability to read blueprints and equipment manuals
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical testing equipment
  • Interest in learning robotic systems and automation technology

  • Monday - Thursday
  • 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM
  • Four 10-hour shifts
