Job Summary:
Tesla is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to work on Tesla’s enterprise Factory Execution Systems, which provide real-time control, monitoring, and data collection for production activities. In this role, you will define and execute the product vision and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and optimize these systems.
Responsibilities:
• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to enhance and optimize Tesla’s Factory Execution Systems
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, Engineering, QA, and Production Support teams to drive the development and continuous improvement of the systems
• Design and deploy intuitive, user-centric solutions that simplify complex workflows and leverage automation, AI agents, and LLMs at scale
• Translate customer and internal team pain points into intuitive, scalable product features
• Write clear product requirements, prioritize ruthlessly, and partner with engineering and design to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions at speed
• Use data, experimentation, and feedback loops to continuously refine the platform, improving conversion, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate across global operations to adapt workflows to diverse regulatory and market requirements without sacrificing simplicity
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on manufacturing systems
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to query and interpret data, trends, and algorithms, demonstrating comfort with logic and numbers to support decision-making
• A proactive mindset, with a bias toward taking action based on available information and the ability to work through ambiguity
• Success in leading new initiatives, driving results with limited resources and evolving information
• Effective collaboration across cross-functional teams, balancing multiple competing priorities and fostering alignment among diverse stakeholders. Exceptional communication is a must
Preferred:
• Experience implementing AI solutions and LLM is a plus
