Job description

  • Previous experience installing residential battery systems (i.e. Tesla Powerwall, Enphase Encharge)
  • Previous experience managing or overseeing the work of others required
  • Previous experience utilizing power and hand tools required
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of quality assurance with an emphasis on safety
  • Basic understanding of electrical wiring
  • Must possess strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and problem solving skills

Preferred:
  • Previous experience with solar PV installation, roofing, or general construction is preferred
  • Journeymen electrician highly preferred
  • Ability to prioritize work and work under sensitive time restraints
  • Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills
