What to Expect Tesla charging is one of the fastest, biggest and more reliable charging network in the world and our job is to build our mobile and web charging and other ownership experience for our customers. You will be responsibel for creating a flawless experience and developing new features for our applications that convey the same. You will take full ownership of features from architecture design to robust implementation, delivering delightful and polished experiences that make our app not just functional but magical.
What You'll Do
  • Design, code, debug and own features from concept to release on mobile and web app
  • Work closely with design, vehicle, product, firmware and backend teams to create seamless user experience
  • Own the full development lifecycle of mobile features: requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance
  • Continuously improve app performance, usability, and customer delight
  • Work on other areas of Tesla ownership experience on app and web to gain wider business knowledge

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar areas of study, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in web and mobile app development
  • Proficient in React Native, React, JavaScript and Node
  • Experience in Node.js, Express, TypeScript
  • Have a working knowledge of Git, GitHub, Jenkins, Fuze
  • Excellent grasp of fundamental computer science concepts, good at solving complex technical problems
  • Experience using common design patterns with high standards for code quality, maintainability, and performance

Expected Compensation $168,000 - $252,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
