Territory Manager – StretchLab (Sales & Growth Focused)

StretchLab San Antonio is seeking a results-driven Territory Manager to lead sales growth, lead generation, and revenue performance across two studios.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven sales operator who thrives in a metric-driven environment and is comfortable being accountable to daily activity, conversion, and revenue KPIs.


What You’ll Own

This role is not administrative. You will lead from the front and be directly responsible for:

  • Driving daily lead generation through outbound calls, texts, email follow-ups, and local outreach

  • Booking and converting Mobility Assessments (Intros) into memberships

  • Managing and executing against daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including:

    • Outbound prospect calls

    • Appointments booked

    • Show rate

    • Intro-to-membership conversion

    • Net Membership Units (NMU)

    • Monthly recurring revenue (MRR)

  • Maintaining a clean, accurate CRM pipeline in ClubReady

  • Coaching sales execution, follow-up discipline, and conversion standards across both studios

  • Re-engaging cold leads, no-shows, and at-risk prospects to maximize revenue

  • Developing community partnerships, pop-ups, and local promotions that generate qualified leads

  • Protecting revenue through proactive retention and utilization strategies
