What You'll Do
  • Set and execute the national SC-REM strategy, aligned with Terracon's Environmental Service Line and 2030 Strategic Plan
  • Drive profitable growth, owning P&L performance, pricing strategy, forecasting, and key performance metrics
  • Lead and support practice leaders nationwide, ensuring consistent, safe, and high-quality delivery
  • Advance innovation, including modern investigation methods, data management, digital tools, and remediation technologies
  • Serve as a trusted executive leader and SME on complex, high-risk projects
  • Build and grow talent, strengthening succession, leadership development, and professional career paths
  • Expand client relationships and market presence, partnering across sectors and accounts
  • Represent Terracon as a thought leader, through conferences, publications, and industry engagement

Qualifications
What You Bring
  • A strong safety-first mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, geoscience, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
  • 20+ years of experience leading multi-regional or national environmental practices
  • PE, PG, or equivalent professional registration (multi-state licensure capability)
  • Proven success in strategic growth, P&L leadership, and client development
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and change-management skills

Preferred: experience with digital transformation, innovation deployment, sustainability integration, and recognized SC-REM thought leadership.
