SkillBridge Opening - Any CONUS State - Military DOW SkillBridge Funded Opportunity Only.
SkillBridge Project Manager specific opportunity companywide from any CONUS State. Terracon has developed unique training and support for our transitioning warriors from all branches of service. Responsibilities
  • Job Shadowing is specifically enabled for this position. Qualified Instructors that will teach you the responsibilities below.
  • You will be instructed daily by qualified Terracon personnel.
  • Under Terracon Instructor Supervision-manage the resources and employees on all assigned projects to ensure completion based on statement of work and contract.
  • Along with a Terracon instructor-Visit each project site at the onset to create a set-up clipboard and to establish communications with project team.
  • Under Terracon Instructor Supervision-monitor project and check-in on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Under Terracon Instructor Supervision-review reports and track non-compliant reports through resolution.
  • Ensure testing and inspections are completed in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.
  • Under the supervision of a qualified Terracon instructor-review project budget at least 2x/month with Terracon management and coordinate on timely communication with client at designated budget milestones as directed by Terracon management.
  • Under the supervision of a qualified Terracon instructor-review plans and specifications, identify testing and inspection scope of work, and understand manpower needed to complete work.
  • Follow safety rules and practices and other safety requirements for all projects. Perform pre-task planning prior to executing work. Report any safety issues or concerns to management.
  • Look to instructors to teach the Terracon way of maintaining quality standards on all projects.

Qualifications
  • At a minimum, High school diploma or equivalent.
  • SkillBridge Approved Applicant with Honorable Discharge pending.
  • DD214 Is a must to apply
  • A valid driver's license with acceptable violation history may be required.
