Responsibilities
- Job Shadowing is specifically enabled for this position. Qualified Instructors that will teach you the responsibilities below.
- You will be instructed daily by qualified Terracon personnel.
- Under Terracon Instructor Supervision-manage the resources and employees on all assigned projects to ensure completion based on statement of work and contract.
- Along with a Terracon instructor-Visit each project site at the onset to create a set-up clipboard and to establish communications with project team.
- Under Terracon Instructor Supervision-monitor project and check-in on a bi-weekly basis.
- Under Terracon Instructor Supervision-review reports and track non-compliant reports through resolution.
- Ensure testing and inspections are completed in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.
- Under the supervision of a qualified Terracon instructor-review project budget at least 2x/month with Terracon management and coordinate on timely communication with client at designated budget milestones as directed by Terracon management.
- Under the supervision of a qualified Terracon instructor-review plans and specifications, identify testing and inspection scope of work, and understand manpower needed to complete work.
- Follow safety rules and practices and other safety requirements for all projects. Perform pre-task planning prior to executing work. Report any safety issues or concerns to management.
- Look to instructors to teach the Terracon way of maintaining quality standards on all projects.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- At a minimum, High school diploma or equivalent.
- SkillBridge Approved Applicant with Honorable Discharge pending.
- DD214 Is a must to apply
- A valid driver's license with acceptable violation history may be required.
