As a member of our outpatient mental health clinic, you will leverage advanced technology to deliver therapy services, ensuring that our clients receive the support they need regardless of geographical barriers.

In your role as an LICSW, you will conduct a range of critical tasks that directly contribute to client health and well-being. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health needs and creating effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Administering an array of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's specific requirements.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and upholding the highest ethical standards.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic and coordinated care.
• Participating in case consultations and peer reviews to continuously improve care quality and outcomes.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Staying abreast of the latest research and developments in mental health, integrating this knowledge into client care.

This position primarily serves a diverse patient population within school settings, including children, adolescents, and their families. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) within the state of Washington.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly in providing psychotherapy services.
• Expertise in solution-focused therapeutic interventions.
