Attention to detail, strong communication, and customer service skills help inspectors build trust and accurately convey findings to clients. These competencies ensure effective detection, reporting, and prevention of termite infestations to protect client properties.

What are termites?

Termites are small, social insects that feed primarily on wood and plant materials containing cellulose. They live in colonies and can cause significant structural damage to buildings if infestations go unchecked. Although they play an important role in the ecosystem by decomposing dead wood and recycling nutrients, termites are considered pests when they invade human structures. Effective termite management involves regular inspections and, if necessary, professional pest control treatments to prevent or eliminate infestations.
