About the Role

At Keel Point, our investment team is built on precision, service, and expertise. As a Client Service Representative & Investment Team Administrator, you'll be essential to how we serve our clients and manage portfolios. You'll join a collaborative team where your attention to detail and organizational skills directly support our advisors and enhance the client experience. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in investment operations while learning from experienced professionals in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do
  • Learn and execute critical upkeep processes using Orion portfolio management software
  • Maintain our document library for investment strategies and manage internally designed marketing materials
  • Perform daily fund tracking and reconciliation with precision and care
  • Generate custom performance reports that support client reviews and decision-making
  • Serve as back-up trader when the head trader is unavailable, executing trades with accuracy
  • Manage internal team inboxes to support questions and tasks from across departments
  • Gather performance estimates and data for system uploads, ensuring accuracy at every step
  • Process account and alternative investment paperwork with attention to detail
  • Execute money movement transactions for investment team clients
  • Support the Finance and Compliance teams with invoice and exception processing
  • Support additional investment team functions as needs arise to keep operations running smoothly

  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data organization)
  • Ability to pass the Series 7 and SIE exams, or commitment to pursue them
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in your work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Preferred
  • Bloomberg terminal experience
  • Prior experience with portfolio management or Orion software
