Summary/Job Scope:
Create, Install, maintain, and provide in- house repairs to terminal equipment, as well as physical structures in the great lake region. Oversee correct completion of the monthly terminal maintenance programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete and or assist in each terminal monthly preventative maintenance program to ensure compliance.
Complete and or assist the terminal managers in organizing, planning, and performing terminal unexpected breakdown repairs.
Organize, Plan and implement approved in house terminal projects, repairs and Capital improvements.
Assist terminal mangers with individual yearly terminal maintenance budget adherence per projects, parts purchases, breakdowns and repairs.
Assist terminal managers with on hand critical terminal spare parts inventory.
Provide suggestions and supporting information at year end for any terminal improvement and equipment sustainability.
Qualifications:
Skills - Read Blueprints, knowledge of pneumatics, proficient with hand tools, fabrication, welding (MIG and ARC), cutting techniques (gas/plasma), project management
Education - Graduate of a certified millwright or industrial maintenance / apprentice program
Experience - Minimum 2 years of post-graduation experience.
