Our Terminal Maintenance position is critical in supporting our company by performing routine maintenance of terminal buildings, equipment and grounds, while adhering to company safety policies and performing work in a safe manner. In this position, you will be provided with plenty of opportunities to learn other skills, develop in other areas, and build a career with Buzzi Unicem USA.  

This position pays a starting base rate of $35.97/hour, plus the opportunity for OT!

  • Safely troubleshoot, repair, and maintain terminal equipment used for the Packaging of Goods, Blending and Transferring of Products, and Loading/Unloading of Trucks, Barges, and Railcars
  • Housekeeping of Maintenance Areas
  • Performs all work Safely and Efficiently.
  • Performs all other assigned work, either Verbally Assigned or Written Orders.

  • High School diploma or GED 
  • Ability to write legibly, fill out Bills of Lading and other reports related to Loading or Unloading Trucks, Barges and Railcars.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds on a regular and repeated basis.
  • Ability to climb ladders and or steps.
  • Operate Fork Lift, Tractor, Grass Cutting Equipment, Welding & Cutting Equipment and Small Mobile
  • Ability to Read and Comprehend Safety and Operating Instructions.
  • Ability to work at heights up to 150 feet.
  • Ability to work in Enclosed Areas such as Railcars, Barges, Pump Pits, and Dust Collectors.
  • Ability to work in Extreme Temperatures.
  • Ability to work in Noisy and Dusty Conditions.
  • Ability to Bend, Use shovel and Broom.
  • Ability to work in Paint using Spray Gun and Paint Brush.
  • Ability to work in Noisy Areas up to 90 Decibels.
  • Ability to Troubleshoot and keep Product Flowing from silos to trucks.
  • Ability to Operate and Maintain Truck Loading Kiosk.
