Job description

We are seeking an experienced and highly effective team player to join the Card Pricing Execution Team and this position sits within the Marketing Growth and Innovation (MG&I) organization of Card Services. You are expected to be highly motivated, analytical, extremely detail oriented, and an exceptional problem solver who takes pride in owning issues from the beginning to end delivering great Stakeholder/Customer experiences.

As a Pricing Analytics Solutions Associate, you will be responsible to review and provide oversight for potential exceptions of critical functions such as Fees, Interest, Product Trade, SCRA Refunds, etc.; reviewing, analyzing and dispositioning control monitoring report exceptions. This position will assist in Process Review execution to ensure Card Pricing functionally is working as expected. You will will become the Subject Matter Expert for multiple Pricing processes. The Pricing Analytics Solutions Associate will support and collaborate with Senior Analysts and Pricing Managers to help build and maintain processes and tools that optimize card pricing execution processes, drive ongoing performance, and support overall departmental goals.

Job responsibilities

  • Possess strong relationship skills and ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, building consensus across cross-functional teams collaborating to solve customer facing issues.
  • Excellent project management & problem-solving skills and the desire to help continually improve operations & processes.
  • Pricing and/or data analysis experience (Teradata, Oracle, SAS, etc.)
  • Develop automated analytical workflows (SAS, Alteryx, Python)  to triage, disposition, and prioritize exceptions more efficiently.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows using tools such as Alteryx, Python, SQL, Snowflake, and related data platforms.
  • Evaluate and ideate opportunities to apply AI / GenAI / intelligent automation to improve investigative analysis, control documentation, operating procedures, knowledge retrieval, issue summarization, and workflow efficiency.
  • Support the development of scalable monitoring and decision-support solutions, including rule-based automation, anomaly detection concepts, and AI-assisted productivity use cases where appropriate.
  • Resolve complex assignments with little supervision and ensure projects are completed according to established timelines.
  • Present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner ensuring & providing clear communication to process owners.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment with a strong desire & aptitude to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliverables with flexibility that does not compromise results.
  • Knowledge of mainframe systems such as TSYS. 
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office applications

  • Experience/familiarity with AI-enabled operational transformation, workflow orchestration, and reporting automation with Intelligent automation / GenAI productivity use cases.
  • Exposure to enterprise AI enablement, LLM-assisted workflows, or automation transformation programs.
