Solid on Bid volume data processing and loading into Oracle and Teradata
Basic knowledge on unix commands and shell scripting **
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with business in gathering requirements, write functional requirements, Write Technical specifications
Develop and enhance existing application or build new applications using Ab initio, Unix, Linux, Oracle, Teradata, Control-M scheduler technology (all these are required skills)
Develop and unit test code to ensure it is meeting functional, technical and business requirements and meeting company coding standards
Participate in system and UAT testing
Implement code per company standard tools and guidelines
Provide required support for recovery of production jobs failures ensuring recovery for failures withing agreed times
Collaborate with business and other IT contacts
Work on new projects, small enhancement to existing applications
Deliver documentation and code with 0 defects and on-time with quality
