Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join their growing data team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering the chance to work on critical data initiatives, including governance, data modeling, and advanced analytics.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data platforms
  • Perform data analysis, data modeling, and support data governance initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and business teams
  • Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across systems
  • Support and enhance data workflows in a cloud-based environment

Required Qualifications (Must Have)
  • Strong programming experience in Java or Python
  • Hands-on expertise with AWS cloud services
  • Experience working with Apache Spark and Databricks
  • Proficiency in workflow orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow
  • Strong experience with Relational Databases (RDBMS)

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
