Position Summary
The Inside Sales Representative I is responsible for engaging with prospective customers to increase sales, drive customer satisfaction, support member retention, and ensure compliance. This role serves as a key point of contact for individuals seeking information about health plan products and enrollment options.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales activities via phone, email, and in-person appointments.
  • Educate prospective members on available health plans and enrollment options.
  • Complete enrollments and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in all systems.
  • Manage and prioritize a sales pipeline to meet performance goals.
  • Meet or exceed sales, quality, and productivity metrics.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects.
  • Mentor new and temporary sales representatives as needed.
QualificationsRequired
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience.
