Job description

Summary:Our client in Waunakee, WI is seeking a temporary Office Assistant! In this role you'll assist with answering phones, directing calls, and performing data entry for new orders. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm with a 30 min lunch (total 37.5 hours per week). Pay is $22.50 per hour. This assignment is anticipated to last August 7-21, 2026.
Responsibilities:Perform accurate and timely data entry of new order information
Share order information with appropriate staff upon receipt
Answer and direct phone calls
Other administrative tasks as requested
Qualifications:High school diploma required
1+ years of experience in an office support role
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
