Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the Center.* Process internal documents in accordance with university policies and procedures.* Learn and utilize the university's financial system to process invoices and track payments.* Organize, maintain, and secure important financial and administrative documents.* Support the Director with recordkeeping, scheduling, and general clerical tasks.* Provide assistance on special projects and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Required Qualifications* High school diploma or equivalent.* Demonstrated experience with administrative support, office operations, or clerical work.* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.* Ability to learn and apply new systems and processes quickly.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse and inclusive environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
