Northfield Mancan is assisting a local Auto Mechanic shop fill a position for Experienced Service Writer. This is a temp to perm position and shift times and days will vary because the company is open 7:45am-6:15pm Monday-Saturday and they are closed on Sundays.
MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Valid Drivers license and 2 pts or less on license
Previous experience as a Service Writer, Service Advisor, or in automotive repair management is strongly preferred.
Strong automotive background
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to accurately communicate vehicle concerns, maintenance recommendations, and repair needs.
Organized, detail-oriented
Proficient with Computer systems
Capable of building lasting customer relationships through professionalism, honesty, and exceptional service.
Will be required to do the following tasks:

Greeting customers
Writing repair orders
Preparing estimates
Scheduling appointments
Coordinating workflow with technicians
