As an Adobe Workfront Consultant you will help advise on solution and hands on configuration to help clients adopt the Adobe Marketing Cloud and support business transformation.

  • Consulting and solution design: Lead client discovery sessions, gather business requirements, and provide expert guidance on Workfront best practices and design solutions.
  • Configuration and implementation: Design, build, and configure Workfront functionality, including custom forms, project templates, reports, dashboards, and approval processes, milestones, email notifications, statuses, job roles, teams, groups, companies, expense types, layout templates, filters, views, groupings, etc.
  • Integration and automation: Provide expert guidance on integration and automation possibilities for client platforms with Workfront and utilizing the Fusion automation platform.
  • Testing and support: Coordinate user acceptance testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing technical support and training to users
  • Internal Capability Enablement: Working with our internal teams to help accelerate practice growth through knowledge sharing, service definition, training, and partner certification.

Required:

  • 2+ years' experience with Adobe Workfront system configuration and implementation as a Workfront System Admin or consultancy Workfront experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with Workfront implementation and optimizing projects.
  • 2+ years' experience with integrations and system architecture
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

  • An active Adobe Workfront certification (project manager or core developer professional) along with other Adobe Experience Cloud certification (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Marketo)
  • Hands-on experience working with Fusion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience leading multi-platform Adobe solutions as a product owner, technical client service lead or solution consultant
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with Workfront implementation and optimizing projects.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,400 to $155,400.
