Wasatch LabsPosition Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist all visitors entering the facility in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure visitors properly sign in, receive required visitor identification, and are escorted as required by company procedures.
  • Manage employee and temporary worker badge access, including issuing, activating, deactivating, and maintaining badge records as authorized.
  • Reinforce facility access requirements and ensure individuals entering controlled areas have appropriate authorization.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct individuals to the appropriate department or contact.
  • Maintain the front desk, lobby, and conference room areas in a clean, organized, and presentable condition.
  • Receive employment applications and provide required documentation to Human Resources electronically or physically.
  • Assist departments with administrative and documentation needs, including scanning, filing, copying, and shredding.
  • Collect customer samples as requested and coordinate shipment or pickup.
  • Coordinate outgoing shipments through FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other approved carriers as requested.
  • Monitor facility first aid kits and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Perform routine checks of first aid equipment and eyewash stations to verify equipment is available and in working condition.
  • Assist with general facility and administrative needs as requested.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety requirements, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMP requirements, and good housekeeping practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling employee, visitor, or company information.
