Talent Acquisition Specialist
About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team! This is a true jack-of-all-trades recruiting role where you'll lead full-cycle hiring across a wide range of functions-from plant leadership and engineering to sales, finance, marketing, and internships.
In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners while delivering a seamless, relationship-driven candidate experience. You'll also have the opportunity to collaborate with global teams, leverage modern recruiting technology (including Workday and AI tools), and make a direct impact on hiring success across corporate and manufacturing environments.
What You'll Do
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for 22-25 salaried roles at a time (with flexibility during peak hiring periods)
  • Lead intake meetings, sourcing strategy, candidate outreach, screening, and interview coordination
  • Present top candidates and partner closely with hiring managers throughout the selection process
  • Support the offer process and ensure a smooth transition into onboarding
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a high-quality, responsive experience
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and stakeholders across corporate and plant operations
  • Post jobs and manage requisitions in Workday ATS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
  • Partner with HR Shared Services to coordinate checks, drug screens, and onboarding steps
  • Utilize AI tools and data insights within Workday to enhance sourcing and hiring outcomes
  • Track key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline status, and hiring activity (using tools like Power BI)
  • Provide regular updates and insights to business leaders
  • Support hiring across multiple functions including corporate teams, U.S. plants, Lean teams, and internships
  • Collaborate with global teams, including Latin America, to support international recruitment efforts
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives, recruiting events, and job fairs
  • Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

What You Bring
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Experience supporting salaried roles (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, sales, finance, marketing, plant leadership)
  • Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system (Workday preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting processes

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in manufacturing or plant environments
  • Exposure to global recruiting or multicultural teams
  • Comfort working with recruiting data, reporting, and metrics
  • Experience with Workday, HRIS systems, and AI-driven recruiting tools
  • Interest in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • A service-oriented, collaborative mindset with strong adaptability and curiosity

Work Environment
  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote (Monday-Friday)
