Temporary Wordpress Developer Jobs (NOW HIRING)

• Produce photos, videos, and graphics to support the editorial mission of the Signal.
• Contribute a minimum of 5 original stories to the Signal per semester (3 photo essays, 2 videos).
• Provide ongoing instruction to editors and reporters.
• Conduct instructional workshops as needed for reporters.
• Create infographics as needed.
• Contribute to story budget production and updates.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
• Attend weekly staff meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Demonstrates at least one semester of work at the Signal or comparable experience.
• Demonstrates a basic understanding of AP Style.
• Demonstrates a passion for news.
• Demonstrates knowledge of and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (PhotoShop, AfterEffects and Premiere).
• Demonstrates the ability to post images and videos to WordPress CMS and YouTube.
• Demonstrates a desire to work with a team.

• Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
• Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units. 

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, the annual security report (ASR), is now available for viewing at https://www.csustan.edu/annual-campus-security-report. The ASR contains the current security and safety-related policy statements, emergency preparedness and evacuation information, crime prevention and sexual assault prevention information, and drug and alcohol prevention programming. The ASR also contains statistics of Clery Act crimes for Stanislaus State for the previous three years.
