What’s a typical day as Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:
  • Filing and managing employee records to ensure compliance with organizational processes and proper record management.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information.
  • Organizing both physical and digital documents, processing transactions, and maintaining databases.
  • Performing computations, preparing reports, coding documents, and coordinating events and meetings.
  • Completing basic administrative tasks such as preparing, processing, coordinating, monitoring, and filing schedules, documents, and data.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have strong attention to detail, organization, and accountability.
  • Demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Possess previous experience with filing, handling, and organizing records (physical and/or digital) preferred.
  • Have experience in administrative or human resources environments, especially with confidential documentation, is valued.
  • Are able to manage multiple tasks and maintain proper document organization.
