Job description

Welder/Fabricator

Location: Springtown, TX 76082
Pay: $18.00$32.00 per hour (based on weld test results)

We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Springtown, TX. This position works on-site in our welding and fabrication shop, performing welding and fabrication of parts, equipment, and structural components used throughout the production process. Work is performed primarily in a shop/warehouse environment with occasional exposure to outdoor conditions in the equipment yard.

Required Qualifications
  • Must successfully complete an on-site weld test

  • Proficiency in MIG welding, Flux Core welding, torch cutting, and plasma cutting

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional welding experience

  • Experience working in a shop or warehouse environment

  • Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs.

  • Must provide own welding hood and steel-toe boots

Preferred Qualifications
  • TIG welding experience

  • Official welding certifications

  • Experience fabricating within the Water Transfer Pumps industry

Schedule
  • MondayFriday

  • 4050 hours per week

  • Saturdays as needed based on business demand

Important: Candidates must bring their own welding hood when reporting for the weld test.
