Job description

Position Summary
We are seeking dependable Production Associates to support a chassis manufacturing operation in Goshen, IN. Multiple opportunities are available in Welding, Powder Coating, and Assembly. Depending on the position, you may work with metal components, hand and power tools, production equipment, and finishing processes while following work instructions and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Assemble chassis, frames, and metal components using hand and power tools
  • Perform welding and fabrication duties for welding positions
  • Prepare, powder coat, hang, load, unload, and move metal parts
  • Follow work instructions, measurements, and production specifications
  • Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and proper finish
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area while meeting production expectations
Requirements:
  • Manufacturing, production, assembly, welding, or powder coating experience preferred
  • Welding experience required for welding positions
  • Ability to safely use hand and power tools
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive, hands-on work
  • Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team
Schedule:
  • Positions available on the 1st and 2nd shift.
Compensation:
  • $21.00- $24.00 per hour, based on position and experience.
