Job description

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support a potential Federal Government client. The selected candidate will provide senior-level project management and operational oversight in support of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Privacy Act, privacy compliance, policy, communications, and administrative support activities. This position will serve as a senior point of accountability for project execution, staffing, deliverables, stakeholder coordination, and continuity of operations.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide senior-level project management oversight for FOIA and Privacy Act support services.
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for Government stakeholders regarding project performance, operations, deliverables, and administrative matters.
  • Lead and coordinate overall project execution to ensure requirements, priorities, and deadlines are successfully met.
  • Oversee staffing across project functions to ensure appropriate personnel, skill levels, and resources are available to support program requirements.
  • Manage project staffing levels and coordinate additional or surge support as needed.
  • Monitor project performance, workload, priorities, deliverables, risks, and established deadlines.
  • Lead the development and implementation of transition activities to support continuity of services and minimize operational disruption.
  • Develop and maintain business continuity and continuity of operations planning.
  • Direct the identification and resolution of technical and operational issues affecting project performance.
  • Coordinate project communications, meetings, reporting, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Government leadership and project stakeholders to address priorities, emerging requirements, and operational challenges.
  • Ensure project activities and deliverables comply with applicable security, privacy, records management, and Section 508 requirements.
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination across project personnel and functional areas.
  • Ensure Government-provided information and project materials are appropriately managed and delivered in accordance with established requirements.
  • Perform additional senior-level project management and operational support duties as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • More than 10 years of relevant project management, program management, or related professional experience.
  • Demonstrated experience providing senior-level oversight of complex projects, programs, or contract operations.
  • Experience managing project personnel, staffing, workloads, deliverables, priorities, and competing requirements.
  • Experience serving as a senior point of contact for clients, Government stakeholders, program leadership, or other senior stakeholders.
  • Experience developing and managing project plans, transition activities, operational processes, and continuity requirements.
  • Experience identifying and resolving project, technical, and operational issues.
  • Experience preparing and coordinating project reports, deliverables, meetings, briefings, and management documentation.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical, analytical, administrative, and management personnel.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and comply with applicable Government security and privacy requirements.
  • Must be able to undergo and successfully pass the required Federal background investigation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience supporting a Federal Government agency or federal contracting environment.
  • Experience supporting FOIA, Privacy Act, privacy compliance, records management, or information disclosure programs.
  • Knowledge of Federal FOIA and Privacy Act requirements and processes.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams supporting Federal Government programs.
  • Experience managing transition-in activities and continuity of operations requirements.
  • Experience supporting DHS or other Federal Government programs involving sensitive information.
Work Location

This position is designated as off-site. The primary Government place of performance is located in Washington, DC, and temporary Government work locations, telework, or virtual work arrangements may be utilized as authorized.
