Dates Needed: June 16, 17, and 18

Job Description:
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Temporary Receptionist to cover our front desk for three days — June 16, 17, and 18 — while our regular receptionist is out.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
  • Perform light administrative duties
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
  • Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred
