We're seeking Safety Ambassadors (Field Robot Operators) to support one of the most innovative autonomous delivery programs in the world. Front-End Shift

Monday - Thursday 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM

What You'll Do

  • Conduct pre-shift inspections of robots, batteries, vehicles, controllers, and communication equipment
  • Monitor and support autonomous delivery robot operations in the field
  • Maintain constant situational awareness and intervene when safety concerns arise
  • Perform battery swaps and basic field maintenance
  • Respond to incidents, technical issues, and public inquiries
  • Partner with remote operations teams to ensure successful route completion
  • Complete operational reports and provide feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers and members of the public

  • Standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift
  • Safely handling batteries and operational equipment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Round Rock, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
