Job Overview:
The Fulfillment Assembly Shift Lead is responsible for leading the day-to-day fulfillment assembly operations on 2nd Shift. This hands-on role ensures products are assembled accurately, production stays on schedule, quality standards are met, and team members have the support they need to succeed.
Schedule & Compensation Details:
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM.
Pay Range: $21.45 - $24.20/hr

What You'll Do:
  • Lead daily fulfillment assembly operations and keep production on schedule.
  • Supervise full-time team members and temporary workers, assigning work and monitoring productivity.
  • Set up and break down assembly lines and prepare customer samples.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Resolve production issues and communicate updates and priorities.
  • Maintain a safe, clean work area and perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous assembly leadership experience required.
  • Strong understanding of assembly processes and one-piece flow.
  • Experience performing quality inspections.
  • Experience leading both full-time team members and temporary workers.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and organization.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and work throughout the shift.
