As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will work onsite, collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment. • Conduct detailed patient evaluations, reviewing medical histories and performing specific assessments to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation outcomes and treatment strategies clearly to patients and their families, incorporating their feedback to establish shared goals.
• Implement individualized treatment protocols based upon assessment findings and evolving patient health, demonstrating expert knowledge of physical therapy methodologies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care and modify treatment plans as needed based on patient progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities including evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries to meet evolving healthcare standards.
• Manage time efficiently, ensuring productivity expectations are met while maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate patient needs.
• Engage in continuous professional development through ongoing education and training, including serving as a clinical instructor for students in the field.
• Participate in marketing initiatives within the community to promote Vivid Physiotherapy and enhance patient access to services.

As a Physical Therapist at Vivid Physiotherapy, you will work with a diverse patient population ranging from post-operative orthopedic patients to those recovering from sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain. Your expertise will guide patients through their rehabilitation journeys, providing them with the tools and support necessary to achieve their desired outcomes.

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Hold a valid state license for Physical Therapy in Florida.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association as a Basic Life Support (BLS) provider.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing education and professional excellence.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation environment is a plus.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, Vivid Physiotherapy offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
