Job description

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is working with our client to hire a Temporary School Nurse/LPN for their facility in Rochester, NY for the remainder of the summer. This is an on-site/in-person position.

Type: 7/20 – 8/14 short term contract

Hours: 8AM-3PM - Monday - Friday

Pay Range: $27/hour - depending on experience

Responsibilities Include:

· Administer basic first aid and emergency medical care to students and staff.

· Conduct health screenings and assessments.

· Manage and maintain student health records.

· Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

· Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized healthcare plans.

· Educate students, staff, and parents on health-related topics.

· Monitor and control communicable diseases.

· Provide counseling and support for students with mental health concerns.

Requirements Include:

· HS Diploma/GED

· Graduation from accredited LPN Program

· NYS LPN Licensure - active/good standing

· BLS

Pay Details: $27.00 per hour
