Job Title: Jr. Data Analyst


Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Jr. Data Analyst to join our client to support data driven decision making across multiple legal and community focused programs. This role partners closely with attorneys, advocates, and operational teams to transform raw information into clear insights that improve services and outcomes. The position offers hands on exposure to housing, consumer law, and pro bono initiatives while strengthening reporting and evaluation efforts. This is a contract to hire opportunity based in Jacksonville, Florida, with a hybrid work arrangement following an initial onsite period.
Work Schedule:
Full time, 37.5 hour work week, onsite initially with flexibility afterward


Key Responsibilities of the Jr. Data Analyst:

  • Collect, organize, validate, and maintain data from internal systems, public records, court sources, and external partners to ensure accuracy and usability
  • Analyze datasets to uncover trends, service gaps, outcomes, and community needs, with a strong focus on housing, consumer, and pro bono programs
  • Develop reports, dashboards, maps, and visualizations that clearly communicate insights to staff, leadership, funders, and partners
  • Support grant reporting, outcome tracking, productivity measurement, and program evaluation across multiple practice areas
  • Provide general data support including documentation, workflow improvement, basic troubleshooting, security awareness, and light help desk assistance

Qualifications and Skills for the Jr. Data Analyst:

  • A bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related discipline, or comparable practical experience
  • Prior experience in a data analyst or similar analytical role working with large or complex datasets
  • Working knowledge of tools such as Python, SQL, Excel, ArcGIS or other GIS platforms, AWS, and reporting or dashboard solutions
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem solving ability, and attention to detail paired with clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders in a service oriented environment
