Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Tow Truck Driver to join our team. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will respond to calls from stranded motorists, provide emergency roadside assistance, recover vehicles involved in accidents, and recover abandoned vehicles. Additionally, you will maintain accurate documentation for each call, prepare invoices for clients, and accept payments in the field as needed. The ideal candidate will possess experience in roadside assistance or basic vehicle repair, have prior experience driving a tow truck, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:

*   Respond to roadside emergencies within the designated area.
*   Provide professional and accurate assistance to clients, including minor repairs or vehicle recovery to a designated location.
*   Maintain the tow truck and all equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
*   Maintain accurate records of all calls responded to.
*   Prepare and present invoices to clients in the field, accepting payments as needed.
Qualifications:

*   Must possess the necessary license to operate a tow truck within the state.
*   Must have a clean driving record and demonstrate safe driving skills.
*   Experience with basic roadside assistance, such as tire changes.
