POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager at Sun Palace Vacations to oversee our vacation rental properties in Ft Myers Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for managing a team, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Managing team members schedules

  • Managing vendor schedules

  • Maintaining high cleaning and maintenance standards

  • Handling escalated issues with guests

  • Creating plans to keep the properties in excellent shape

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous experience in leadership, team building, accountability and strategic thinking is preferred

  • Leads by example and holds team accountable for productivity and delivering results

  • Problem solver with a "can-do" mentality

  • Must have ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize needs of guests in an effective manner

  • Ability to analyze financial data

  • Must be able to diagnose issues and implement solutions

  • Must have excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

  • Passion for serving others and helping team create an exceptional guest experience

  • Able to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Extensive knowledge, skills, and abilities in housekeeping systems, techniques, and products

  • Proficiency with standard office software applications and the ability to learn new software programs

  • The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and or other computer applications or software

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Prolonged periods of standing and moving from location to location.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITSAnnual Salary

Annual, $50,000 - $65,000

Bonus

Annual Bonus from $3,000 - $8,000 based on overall shop performance in NOI, Unit Growth and Review Score
