Location: Arlington, VA
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Adecco is currently seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician for a temporary assignment at a residential property in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will have general maintenance experience and be comfortable performing routine property upkeep tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Change light bulbs, air filters, and smoke detector batteries.

  • Use drills and basic hand tools to complete maintenance tasks.

  • Safely climb ladders and perform work at varying heights.

  • Organize and maintain the maintenance office and supplies.

  • Conduct property walk-throughs and identify maintenance issues requiring attention.

  • Assist with general repairs and preventative maintenance as needed.

  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept property environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous general maintenance experience preferred.

  • Ability to use basic hand and power tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
