$20.00/hour | Monday- Friday | 8: 00 AM - 5: 00 PM
Temporary Assignment - Minimum 6-Month Opportunity
Looking for a stable, full-time position without a long-term commitment? AtWork Personnel is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented professional for a temporary Billing Customer Service Representative position. This assignment is expected to last a minimum of six months and offers a great opportunity to gain valuable office and customer service experience in a professional environment.

What You' ll Be Doing
As a Billing Customer Service Representative, you' ll play an important role in ensuring customers receive accurate, timely service while maintaining detailed records.
Responsibilities include:
  • Processing payments accurately and efficiently
  • Performing data entry and maintaining customer account information
  • Assisting customers by phone, email, mail, and in person
  • Answering questions regarding utility bills, payments, services, and account information
  • Processing collections and service requests
  • Completing daily and monthly balancing procedures
  • Researching and resolving billing discrepancies
  • Maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced office environment
  • Assisting with additional clerical and administrative duties as assigned

Physical Requirements
  • Primarily seated office position
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, or crouch
  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds or team lift up to 50 pounds
