As the Treasury Management Support Specialist you will be responsible for process administration, reconciliation, and communication.
Treasury Management services supported include: ACH Origination, Check and ACH Positive Pay, Online Wires, Remote Deposit Capture, Sweep Services (Zero Balance Account, Loan Sweep, Investment Sweep), and Online Access.

Essential functions of the role:
Treasury Management Support
  • Assist commercial clients with new product requests and/or maintenance requests
    • Complete product setup and conduct client training virtually or onsite
  • Provide ongoing assistance for Treasury Sales to aid in the development of treasury-related skills including appropriate sales proposals and support as necessary for customer questions during the sales process
  • Communicate with clients and internal staff related to any Treasury exception processes or transaction issues
  • Provide customer care related to temporary increases, client issues or requests needing assistance
  • Gather statistical data for commercial account analysis and complete monthly service charging
  • Complete monthly and quarterly reports
  • Initiate and complete product periodic reviews for respective clients

Process Administration
  • Document standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in processes
  • Review current processes for efficiency and effectiveness on an ongoing basis
  • Collaborate across departments to seek process improvements
  • Update procedures as needed

Communication
  • Interact with Emprise associates, customers, other banks, and vendors relative to areas of concern involving transaction services
  • Escalate issues as needed

Knowledgeable
  • Achieve solid level of knowledge across department, rules, and regulations
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Serve as a technical and procedural resource for the team
  • Ability to establish priorities and manage deadlines
  • Complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy

Training and Special Projects
  • Support department with training for new associates, new applications and/or new procedures.
  • Participate on special projects when applicable.
  • Ensure that tasks are understood, supervised, and accomplished

Other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • A minimum of 3 years treasury support, commercial customer support, or banking operations experience required.
  • Proficiency with large server-based applications and typical desktop software
