Job Overview: Fidelity’s treasury services department provides businesses a comprehensive suite of tools to help improve their cash flow, maximize their return on idle cash, minimize instances of fraud and provide information reporting. The Treasury Support Specialist will operate with a problem-solving mindset, considering the different ways in which Fidelity can save customers money and improve their business’ cash flow. The candidate for this position will be responsible for:

  • Acting as a liaison between customers and bank operations, sales officers and relationship managers to ensure the delivery of quality services to meet customer’s needs
  • Independently identifying and resolving customer issues regarding bank transmissions and electronic payment channels
  • Coordinating with internal departments to resolve technical problems related to Treasury Management products
  • Providing assistance to the Treasury Management Sales Officers in the preparation and gathering of documentation, account maintenance and customer support
  • Overseeing client training, as well as implementation of various treasury and digital banking services
  • Developing and maintaining user guides, procedures, and training materials
  • Identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships through additional treasury solutions and service enhancements
  • Delivering a professional, responsive, and consultative client experience
  • Facilitating onboarding and implementation of commercial credit card programs including card issuance, account setup, user administration, and training
  • Partnering with treasury sales and commercial card teams to support new commercial card opportunities and client retention efforts

Requirements for the position include:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • A minimum of two years of financial services experience
  • High attention to detail and organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
  • The ability to work late and/or flexible hours

Preferred qualification for the position include:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business related field (may be waived in lieu of experience)
